About Bella Bike
Bella Bike covers everything to do with cycling: electric, mountain, road, city and trekking bikes, bikes for children, tandems, BMX and folding bikes, alongside parts, accessories, kit and cycling clothing.
The range is rounded out with car bike racks and alternative means of transport such as scooters and skateboards, and in the Cluj-Napoca showroom products can be seen and tried before buying.
Beyond the shop, Bella Bike runs its own workshop for repairs and servicing, bookable online, and is an authorised dealer for premium brands.
The challenge
A bicycle is not bought like any other product: frame size, transmission type, part compatibility and what the bike is for change the recommendation completely. The online store had to support that choice rather than complicate it.
In parallel, Bella Bike also works with institutional customers through public procurement, which brings requirements an ordinary store does not have.
